We did a search on Yelp & found Absolute. Mike came out & went over why our AC unit was on the blitz, what our options were price wise & what his recommendation was for making sure we wouldn't have to see him again for a long time.

I don't know crap about AC units, but he explained it all to me & while he was doing so, I thought to myself, "This is how women feel when they go to an auto mechanic & they know that everyone there knows they don't know anything about car repair.....................prepare to get taken advantage of!"

I'm not big on comparisons, but that doesn't happen at Smitty's on Adams Ave for car repair & it didn't happen with Mike of Absolute. Both owners are named Mike, and I wouldn't have thought I'd run into a business owner as good as Mike and his crew @ Smitty's, but I've been proven wrong.

Plus..........I'm writing this review even before he's stepped into my home to fix my AC; I am that impressed by the man's command of his craft. He's flat out good people & I trust him. He gave us a quote & he's out right now trying to improve it with some of his subcontractor connections.

Not that I wish any of you reading this to have your AC go poof as you turn it on to try to escape the heat, but if you find yourself staring at your nonworking AC unit....and don't call Absolute....
