quick response my mother is 88 years old and i take care of here. Today her a/c went out wich is bad because my mother has trouble breathing if it gets too hot. I called about 4 other companys that never called me back. The answering machine with absolute gave me the cell number for the owner mike and he came out in 20 minutes ON A SUNDAY and fixed it. GREAT SERVICE - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Michael responded quickly to my call. He was at my property in 1 hour, when three other companies said that there next appointment wasn't until Monday and it was Wednesday. The company I had before could not fix the problem and left the job unfinshed and charge me for parts that didn't need to be fixed. When Michael from Absolute got there he saw the problem within minutes and also pointed out the problem the last company made.
